Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced bilingual apartment leasing professionals to support diverse communities. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to guide residents through applications and leases.

On-site duties include property tours, payments processing, and maintaining leasing records. This position offers temporary-to-permanent placement, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing skill development to help you grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in apartment leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with leasing software like Yardi or OneSite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
