Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Professional to support diverse communities in Kissimmee, FL. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in English and Spanish, conduct property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and deliver exceptional resident service.

Experience with Yardi or similar leasing software, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to tour the property (stairs/outdoor areas).
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
