Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced bilingual apartment leasing professionals to support diverse communities. You will conduct property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and process move-in documents.

The role requires 12 months of leasing experience, English/Spanish fluency, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws, with Yardi or OneSite experience. Weekend availability, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Job Duties

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in apartment leasing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areas
• Availability to work weekends as needed
