Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities in Minot. You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, delivering friendly, responsive service and helping convert tours into leases.

Day-to-day you will manage the leasing process, prepare lease agreements, understand pricing and floor plans, and support outreach marketing and resident events. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service.
• Skilled problem solving.

• Pre-employment screenings including background check, drug screen, and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

Leasing Consultant - Apartment Community

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $19-$21/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: 1909 31st Ave SW, Minot,ND58701

Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, Possible Saturdays
