Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support afternoon and evening passenger operations at Portland International Airport (PDX).

You will assist incoming and outgoing domestic and international passengers by providing proactive, friendly, and solutions-focused service, helping travelers navigate the airport, manage passenger flow, and maintain organized lobby and security checkpoint areas.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• PM shift (3:30 PM – 10:30 PM) required.
• Ability to obtain airport badges and clearances.
• Customer-service oriented and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers with a positive, approachable demeanor and provide assistance in both English and Spanish.
• Offer clear directions and information to passengers, guiding them to gates, checkpoints, and airport resources.
• Identify travelers who need help and provide timely guidance to ensure smooth passenger flow.
• Coordinate with PDX Terminal Operations, TSA, and VIP Hospitality leadership to support checkpoint operations.
