Pacific Aviation at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is seeking bilingual Airline Customer Service Agents to support passengers from check-in to boarding. The role is on-site with evening shifts, four days a week, offering part-time hours and full benefits.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and work in a fast-paced, international environment while providing outstanding service and ensuring smooth terminal operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Japanese required (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service experience preferred.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail essential.
• Willingness to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers during departures (check-in to boarding) and arrivals (deplaning to baggage claim).
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to provide seamless ground handling for flights with 200–300 passengers.
