Hallmark Aviation Services at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is seeking Airline Customer Service Agents who are fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese). You will assist international passengers, support check-in, and coordinate with airlines and airport staff across AM/PM shifts.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available with benefits. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Chinese) a plus.
• Willing to learn, follow training, and work AM/PM shifts.

Responsabilités

• Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas.
• Navigate challenges to ensure on-time performance and safe travel experiences.
• Interact professionally with high-profile passengers and airline staff.
