Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Department Manager to lead irrigation product expertise in the branch, partnering with customers and branch leadership to meet department sales goals. You will manage planning, forecasting, and safety initiatives while developing staff and adopting new technologies.

The role requires 1–3 years in the green industry, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in the green industry with irrigation product knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of debits, credits, AR/AP and budgets.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
• LOB Certification Level I or higher preferred for internal candidates.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Promote a safe, incident-free environment daily by example.
• Encourage safety culture through training and policy execution.
• Understand inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
• Foster teamwork and align with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff on Irrigation products and customer needs.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
