Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in the United States is seeking a Bilingual Department Manager to lead the Agronomics department at the branch level. You will work with customers on agronomic needs, manage sales and inventory, and mentor staff to meet departmental goals.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to adopt new technologies, ensure safety, and support cross‑department operations while driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the green industry and understanding of agronomic or lawn care maintenance products.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable/payable and budgets.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Line of Business Certification Level I+ preferred for internal candidates.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with the sales and operations planning process, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of supply and demand plans.
• Promote an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily and leading by example.
• Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training and policy execution.
• Understand and execute inventory management principles, target customer mix and sales.
• Create a positive environment for employees that encourages teamwork in line with SiteOne DNA.
• Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable about the Agronomics product line and customer needs to support departmental sales goals.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
