Job summary

Trusted Senior Specialists, an Integrity company, is hiring an Agent Recruiter in Houston, TX. The role involves outbound outreach to agents, coordinating contracts with multiple carriers, and occasional travel for in-person or virtual meetings.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has strong communication skills, and holds or is willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license. Office and field events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Life & Health License preferred or willing to obtain one.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to agents to contract and produce business for carriers.
• Travel to meet with agents and attend in-person or virtual meetings.
• Follow up with agents to ensure appointments are completed and confirmed.
• Invite agents to attend webinars and follow up with attendees.
• Assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Demonstrate accuracy and identify ways to improve quality.
• Follow policies and complete tasks on time to support organizational goals.
• Exhibit sound judgment by including appropriate people in decisions.
• Plan, organize, and host recruitment events to attract prospective agents.
• Represent the agency professionally during recruitment meetings and travels.
• Track travel activities and agent engagement related to recruitment efforts.
