The ASC will supervise staff, coordinate enrichment and academic activities, and collaborate with school personnel to provide Tier I and II supports, fostering family engagement and community partnership.

Qualifications

• Must meet Michigan DHHS childcare licensing requirements for school-age after-school program.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background checks and driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the 21st CCLC after-school program in compliance with grant and licensing standards.
• Coordinate program strategies to support student achievement, behavior, and attendance.
• Supervise after-school staff, interns, and volunteers; align activities with school-day goals.
• Collaborate with CIS and school staff to provide Tier I and II supports and family engagement.
