Right At School is seeking an After-School Program Supervisor in California. You will deliver enrichment activities, coach a team to ensure a safe and engaging environment, and collaborate with school staff to enhance learning experiences.

The role requires supervising experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a background in child development or related fields. State safety requirements must be met; local benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising others; able to lead a team.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test.
