Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff members.
• Experience with Section 8 and periodic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with established regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units following Resident Selection Criteria.
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance work.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
