Purpose of Position: To provide office support to technicians and staff, plan and execute functions, order and maintain supplies, and assist with customer service and sales backup.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Check technicians in/out
  • Assist technicians (mapping, questions, check-in/out)
  • Direct calls, take messages
  • Assist with overflow sales calls, follow-up calls, answer eQuotes
  • Perform customer quality control calls
  • Create and maintain packets and inventory
  • Print forms, letters, etc.
  • Maintain and order office and cleaning supplies
  • Mix cleaning solutions, refill jugs and tool shelves
  • Order and create technician kits
  • Create gift card and gift sets
  • Send birthday cards, sympathy, and other correspondence
  • Maintain birthday schedule, gifts, and recognition
  • Check and maintain vacuums and office equipment
  • Keep office neat and organized
  • Maintain kitchen and bathroom supplies
  • Manage uniform inventory
  • Maintain records and monthly stats (sales, cancellations)
  • File paperwork
  • Run errands
  • Assist owner with scheduling, campaigns, interviewing, and onboarding technicians
