Job summary

Mary’s Center seeks an Addiction Specialist and Care Coordination Supervisor to oversee a team of up to five care coordinators within the Integrated Recovery Program. You will manage referrals, coordinate intakes, and ensure intensive care for higher-need participants, while supporting program operations across the DMV area.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Minimum three years in substance use or mental health fields.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 5 care coordinators in the Integrated Recovery Program.
• Receive referrals and assign intakes to care coordinators promptly (within 2 business days).
• Provide care coordination for high-need participants across behavioral health, benefits, housing, and community resources.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and provide crisis consultation and staff development.
• Coordinate placement in MAT, ARC, detox, and other levels of care as needed.
• Build relationships with referral sources in the DMV area and participate in community outreach.
