Job summary

Mary’s Center seeks an Addiction Specialist and Care Coordination Supervisor to oversee up to five care coordinators within the Integrated Recovery Program across the DMV area. The role focuses on intake referrals, coordinating placement in treatment, and collaborating with MAT and primary care teams to support participants’ recovery.

The supervisor will provide weekly oversight, ensure timely outreach, and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies while delivering bilingual services

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in substance abuse or mental health field.
• Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality regulations is essential.
• Language requirement: English and Spanish as used by participants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor referrals and coordinate intake with Care Coordinators within 2 business days.
• Provide weekly supervision to care coordinators and peer recovery positions.
• Coordinate placement in treatment programs and engage participants through tele-health when appropriate.
• Build relationships with MAT and primary care providers and community partners.
• Document all contacts and maintain monthly statistics for reporting.
