Qualificações

• Must have Alcohol and Drug Trainee Status or one of the following certification or license with the State of Maryland: LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, CAC-AD or CSC-AD.
• Technical School or 2-Year College / AA required.
• 2-4 years experience in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and assure continuity of services to chemically dependent Young Adult and Adult patients.
• Assure continuity of care in assessment, treatment planning, and referral.
