Job summary

You will work Monday–Friday in Liberty City, Florida, with bilingual English/Creole communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in an administrative setting.
• Must be bilingual in English and Creole.
• Experience in patient-facing roles with structured activities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with general direction.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and professional communication.
