Pasona N A, Inc. is hiring for an associate accountant to support outsourced accounting for multiple clients in a hybrid office setting in Torrance, CA. You will post journal entries in QuickBooks and related ERP systems while communicating in English and Japanese.

Require 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, proficiency with Excel/Word, and familiarity with ERP software. Competitive base salary with profit sharing and excellent benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Handle outsourced accounting duties for assigned clients.
• Prepare supporting documentation and post journal entries to QuickBooks or other ERP systems.
• Ensure quality of customer services.
• Participate in internal projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to assigned projects.
