MyVA Support (MyVAS) is seeking a detail-driven Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations on-site in Miami, FL. This role suits someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy.

You will process invoices and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks, maintain records, and support the team with day-to-day operations. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus strong Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish at professional level.
• Experience with QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and basic accounting.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience handling high-volume data entry.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
