Qualifications

• Accounting experience in AP/AR; Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Strong skills in Excel and the full Microsoft Suite; VLOOKUP experience.
• Experience in SAP required; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and post them in the accounting system.
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies.
• Handle accounts payable for various entities.
• Process transactions and issue payments.
• Communicate with vendors.
• Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor statements.
• Post journal entries.
• Ensure approval process follows company policy.
