Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative in the Washington market. The role involves selling products and services by phone, email, and fax, and coordinating with Field Sales Reps to grow customer penetration and sales opportunities.

You will meet defined sales objectives and maintain high ethical standards while delivering excellent customer service. Previous sales experience and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services via telephone, internet, e-mail and fax.
• Works with Field Sales Reps, Product Management, and Sales Management to increase customer penetration.
• Provides price and delivery quotes to customers within a geographic territory.
• Processes customer orders accurately for quote processing and delivery schedules.
• Participates in forecasting and activity reporting for account territory.
• Develops customer relationships to grow sales and meet defined objectives.
• Participates in sales calls with Field Sales Representatives to build trust with customers.
