Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales in construction or related industry.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel for company business locally (customers, jobsites, walks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Knowledge of OSHA Construction Safety Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare proposals for assigned projects.
• Oversee the management of projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Handle Come Do or service work as required, responding promptly to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client satisfaction and project goals.
