Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, lead staffing teams, and build partnerships with local companies. The role requires 3–5 years in industrial staffing, P&L accountability, and bilingual communication.

Salary ranges $65,000–$75,000 with bonus potential and a medical/dental/vision benefits package. The manager will drive growth, manage daily operations, ensure compliance, mentor staff, and maintain high service standards for clients

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial staffing preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 3–5 years in branch management in industrial staffing.
• Proven P&L responsibility and sales management.
• Direct supervision of multiple direct reports for more than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of partnerships with companies and communities through daily communication and visits.
• Build high-performing teams by recruiting, hiring, and training staffing professionals.
• Establish and monitor branch goals via weekly 1:1s.
• Administer activity and results within the first 30 days of employment.
• Foster open dialogue with supervisors regarding performance and conditions.
• Develop motivational activities to boost morale and retention.
• Drive recruitment and business development to meet targets and budgets.
• Maintain branch operations and appearance per company standards and audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial and business reporting for market operations.
• Conduct formal performance reviews and career development steps.
