Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver outstanding service, and boost account performance. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and relationship building while driving sales growth and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Full-time with a Mon-Sat schedule and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Deliver deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, by phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
