As an Account Executive at Crisp, you’ll report directly to the Vice President of Sales and play a key role in helping law firm owners achieve unreasonable growth while transforming their businesses. What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Business Development team to generate new leads through outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to close qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Build trust with prospects by uncovering their challenges and showing them the value Crisp can deliver.
  • Diagnose each law firm’s unique needs through consultative Sales Discovery Sessions.
  • Present tailored solutions during Consultative Sales Calls, overcoming objections and delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Close deals and exceed goals while maintaining a relentless focus on results.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoom to follow up and convert prospects into clients.
  • Work in-office daily, connecting with a driven team that’s as committed to growth and results as you are.
  • Research and identify new potential law firm clients to create opportunities that align with Crisp’s mission and services.
  • Consistently update and manage your pipeline to ensure clear visibility and accountability for every deal.
  • Establish trust and credibility with law firm owners by listening actively, providing value, and aligning solutions with their goals.
  • Engage in meaningful discovery to uncover clients’ challenges and position Crisp as the best solution.
