Green Clean Commercial is seeking a career-minded bilingual (ENG/ESP) Account Coordinator to join our operations team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle administrative duties, proposals, and vendor coordination.

The position requires meeting deadlines, maintaining professional interactions with customers and colleagues, and supporting the Account Manager with coordination and data entry.

Qualifications

• Must be able to represent and communicate clearly both via written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to maximize productivity and organizational skills.
• Must have either a college degree (otherwise prior administrative experience)
• Must be able comfortable use current technology trends and social media
• Bilingual ENG/ESP

Responsibilities

• Provide support coordination for Account Manager through administrative tasks.
• Duties include general clerical, data entry, problem solving and other account coordination, including creating proposals and bids through company software.
• Project a professional company image through in-person, video and phone interaction.
• In-person interaction with our customers & employees may occur.
