Green Clean Commercial is seeking a career-minded bilingual (ENG/ESP) Account Coordinator to join our operations team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This full-time role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle administrative duties, proposals, and vendor coordination.

The position requires meeting deadlines, maintaining professional interactions with customers and colleagues, and supporting the Account Manager with coordination and data entry.

Annual Salary:

$42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Job Details:

• Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Requirements:

• All candidates must have a clean background screening and be able to pass drug-screening
• A College Degree preferred

• Maintain & Coordinate Company Vendor and Staff Work Schedules
• Coordinate and Host Video and Audio Conference Meetings
• Meet & Greet Clients and Employees via Software
• Create new proposals and bids through company Software
• Coordinate and Maintain supplies ordering
• Manage Employee Time RecordsCreate, Maintain and Modify Documents Using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Perform General Clerical Duties, to Include, but not limited to, Photocopying, Faxing, Filing
• Maintain Hard Copy and Electronic Filing System
• Communicate and Analyze Work Performance to Customers
