Job summary

All In Energy, a nonprofit focused on expanding access to climate solutions in Massachusetts, seeks a fully bilingual Account Associate to support Merrimack Valley residents through energy efficiency programs.

The role covers customer account management, program education in English and Spanish, and coordination with contractors and partners to ensure accessible, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years in customer service and/or communications/outreach.
• 1–2 years in account/case management or program coordination.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems or database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active customer cases across the Renew program lifecycle.
• Proactively call customers to advance them through the service journey.
• Help customers navigate Mass Save, Merrimack Valley Renew, Energy Saver Home Loan and income-qualified programs.
• Perform Energy Bill Check-Ups to reduce bills and enroll in rate programs.
• Document interactions and maintain case records in Salesforce.
