Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Newark, NJ. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs while helping kids build communication, social, and independence skills.

Flexible afternoon/evening shifts and weekends are available. This role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for supporting families in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
