Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home visits for children with autism and to help build communication, social, and independence skills.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect progress data, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Flexible afternoon/evening hours and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
