Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist in Cypress, TX. You will implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans under supervision, assess progress, and support children with behavioral and speech challenges through play-based activities.

You will maintain detailed records and communicate with families in both English and Spanish, collaborating with a team of therapists and participating in ongoing training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
• Utilize ABA techniques to promote skill development.
• Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and provide support in both English and Spanish.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
