Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, supporting children with autism to build communication, social, and independence skills under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and share progress with families, while receiving hands-on training and mentorship. Competitive pay and benefits apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to home‑based sessions.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
