Links ABA Therapy in Asbury Park, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will help build communication, social and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts and includes coaching, supervision, and ongoing training as you support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
