Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings across New Jersey. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs, with a focus on building communication, social, and independence skills.

You will collect data on progress, work closely with a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans, and share strategies with families for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
