Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You'll help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training and mentorship.

The role offers part-time hours with after-school and weekend availability, flexible scheduling, and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs, along with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation essential.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
