Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You’ll help children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, a supportive team with BCBA mentorship, and competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour, plus eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
