Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills. Training is offered on the job.

You’ll work part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data, and support families with strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
