ADELANTE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC is hiring an ABA Parent Training Consultant for Fullerton and surrounding areas. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with after-school and some Saturday sessions.

You will train parents in ABA, track progress, and coordinate with BCBA supervisors. Eligible candidates have US work authorization, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 2 years as a Behavior Technician.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• US work authorization required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavior Technician.
• BACB certification holders may be paid at a higher rate.
• Parent training experience not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach parents about ABA principles and procedures.
• Receive paid ongoing training to teach parents.
• Target client goals across communication, social, play, self-care, and safety skills.
• Work on client and parent goals in home and community environments.
• Record data on parent's skills and performance during sessions.
• Analyze data to determine parent progress and adjust goals with BCBA supervision.
• Communicate with supervisor and family in a supportive, professional manner.
• Write progress reports and monitor client progress.
