Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities in Bellflower, CA.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and help families build essential skills. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible team

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of in-home ABA experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Entry-level training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Under the guidance of a BCBA, implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and train families.
