Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred.
• Experience with children in education, childcare, therapy, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities.
• Build warm relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
• Complete the required 40-hour RBT training and pursue ongoing mentorship.
