Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Sayreville, NJ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work closely with our BCBA team to implement evidence-based programs and track progress in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

The role offers part-time/per diem hours with flexibility, opportunities for mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and a meaningful opportunity to impact

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related experience preferred.
• Passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies in one-on-one sessions with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
