Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in South River, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support BCBA-led ABA services. You will work alongside BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and help children achieve meaningful progress in real-world settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions, data collection, documentation, and strong communication with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged to apply.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college/associate's degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans and address client needs
• Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
