Job summary

aba360 is hiring motivated individuals to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team in New Jersey. This role offers part‑time hours to support children and families at home and in community settings, with training provided and ongoing growth opportunities.

You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services, track progress, and collaborate with families to enhance treatment outcomes. Fluency in Spanish is required and patience, compassion, and reliability are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience as ABA Therapist or experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions.
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill‑building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
