aba360 is hiring motivated individuals to join our ABA team in New Jersey. The role involves delivering one‑on‑one ABA services in clients’ homes and community locations, supporting independence and skill development, and collaborating with families and providers to improve outcomes.

We offer part‑time hours with full training provided. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Reliable transportation is essential for community‑based services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish.
• Experience with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior
• Implement individualized skill‑building and treatment plans
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
