Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals for part‑time ABA roles in New Jersey. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations, supporting skill development and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ABA Therapist or with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
• Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions.
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill‑building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
