aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to join our ABA team to empower children with Autism to reach their full potential. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings with flexible, part-time hours in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children on the autism spectrum.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate comfortably in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
