aba360 in New Jersey seeks compassionate individuals to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings. No experience required and partial schedules are welcome, with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

As a valued team member, you'll record session data, help implement care plans, and collaborate with families and fellow clinicians to support children's independence and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
