Job summary

WWE in Stamford, CT is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the flow of creative work from intake to final delivery in a fast-paced environment, coordinating requests, licensing submissions, merchandise initiatives, and brand deliverables across internal teams and external partners.

You will partner with designers, licensing, marketing, production, and other stakeholders to keep work organized, on track, and delivered to a high standard, while managing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within a fast-paced creative or entertainment setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of creative work from intake through final delivery across multiple teams and partners.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables across creative, licensing, merchandising, and talent.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, schedules, and action items for stakeholders.
• Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to protect quality and delivery timelines.
