Job summary

Qualifications

4-year college degree preferred.
PC knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in confectionary/food/pharma industries.
Bilingual English/Spanish required to lead a diverse workforce.
Union environment experience a plus.
Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, Safety and OSHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations and supervise teams to meet safety, quality, productivity and efficiency goals.
Coordinate production schedules and manage shift staffing and coverage.
Utilize IFS ERP to assign schedules and monitor material needs and line status.
Ensure adherence to start-up/shutdown procedures and GMPs.
Lead by example in safety and housekeeping; enforce company work rules.
